Was considering adding this as I got quoted a good rate for the 2YR/24k miles Total Care package. Was wondering what peoples experience has been with them, especially when it came down to having repairs done.

I have their tire and wheel coverage. Thought it made since due to (at the time) unknowns on cost to replace the CL wheels if something were to ever occur. I did have one claim. About a week after installing Pilot Super Sports I picked up a nail. Easy Care stated they would not replace the tire, only patch as Super Sports are not Porsche approved tire. Dealer called them and explained Super Sports are an equal alternative and they agreed to replace the tire. So took two calls to make the claim and they paid dealer directly.

They covered a large ticket on my M6, no problem or whatsoever.

Had Easy care for our E55 and only really used it once, but they were pretty easy to work with. There was a bit of discrepancy between what they would pay and what the dealer wanted for labor time which ended up costing me an additional $200 out of pocket over my deductible but as I understand it that's not too uncommon.

I also used Fidelity and found them to be pretty good. I purchased this one from Flemington Porsche (NJ). I believe Easy Care is sold via Paul Miller Porsche (NJ).
