Yeap, that's him.
Drove like a douchebag. Weaving in and out of traffic, gunning it and trying to show off.
If you read this, practice your downshifts. Bad technique....

That would be my luck....
Seriously though, we are not talking driving fast in traffic. I'm talking serious Fast & Furious style, where people had to swerve and brake to avoid him. Surprised to see a GT3 with roll bar driving like that. Usually track guys drive like grandma's on street.
What would turn this into a epic moment is if the owner wasn't driving, but guys from the shop who services the car. They did look young. Plausible?

With a car that distinctive I wouldnt be surprised if someone reported him and the owner could be targeted in the future just becusue of the event. If its him then I say good its drivers like that which create the bad image we sometimes suffer from, on the other hand if it was the shop it would be a great time for the ownerr to get on every forum he can and tell the world what jackass shop did this so we can avoid it.
I'm with Greek I drive like grandma on the street, as I told a cop of 59 that stopped me I never speed because if there are 10 cars doing 80 you are not pulling over the pickup it's always the porsche. BTW he agreed and didnt write me a ticket. I was seriously not speeding.
