Time to mount the winch--anyone have pics of how they did it?

Hitch receiver on the trailer and a winch on a hitch is a great idea. If I had a truck I might have gone this route.

you guys are way high speed... I just bolted a receiver box on the bed of my Feather lite trailer I have a winch on a mountable hitch.. I can move the winch to the front of my truck or put it on the trailer to pull the car up. When not in use I just pull the pin and put in the toolbox... Used it twice on the front to pull folks out of the sand on the beach.
I can take a pic later tonight when I get home if you want to see it..

trailer pic winch options
Ok so here is the set up I have.. Cost me about 600 dollars not counting the Front Hitch on my truck I use to pull out people here on the beach.
I use a standard Power Pack / Jump starter to power. Winch has wire remote.
Basically just pull out of the tool box, slide in receiver hitch mounted on trailer, connect power and pull car on. Or stick on truck to use when confidence exceeds trucks ability...

I had the same issue. I knew going though it might be like that because I bought my trailex without a pre-installed winch so that I could buy a specific model. (Terra 45 w/ synthetic rope) I drilled my own holes...no problem.

Thanks! Do you have a wind screen and did you have any issues with interference? I'm considering adding a plate to the winch mount to move the winch 1-3" rearward.
