Default Sonoma / Sears Point Track Day - 11/17/2012

Trackmasters Racing is having a charity track event on Saturday 11/17/2012 @ Sears Point for $199: LINK

A couple friends (996 TT, E60 M5) are going and even my old 4 Liter GT3 will be there.

Looks like there's a few spots left in the Novice and Mixed groups...the more GT3s the merrier!

I may tag along on this one. Thought I was done a couple weeks ago but I need to get the new-to-me car back to Sonoma for more fun.

Only Mixed group is left. Just signed up with my E30 M3. Have not run Sonoma this year yet.

This is just getting to enticing to "chase" a few folks down :-). Just signed up in "Mixed" which I normally drive with TMR. See you all next week :-) PS: I'm driving NASA this weekend to practice for you guys

Come on Edwin, bring the RS! The pace of mixed group is fine for the RS - we ran in M at Laguna last weekend without problems.

Chasing me down will be no problem as this will be my first time on track @ Sonoma!

Then again, I just screwed up my back, sitting somewhat "gingerly" right now. That'll be my excuse if I can't catch your "monstrous" 4.0...

The 4 Liter will be piloted by another rennlister, Matt. I'll be at the wheel of the new-to-me 997.2 GT3.

Serge, I missed this... What color is your new GT3? Any mods, tires you run? I've had mine now for 2 track seasons (30 track days :-) and absolutely love it. Looking forward to meeting you next week, Horst.

Tires are done. Awaiting my track wheels to be powder coated, then new tires.

John...I don't want to learn ANYTHING from you.

I'm pretty good at emptying the bank account as it is!
