VR; Yup, I did not really focus on highest mimum speed, but more a guaranteed early full throttle application as I was cruising around holding up cars on slciks while trying to not cook the RA1's. I think I was very annoying in the corners for them, while once I let them pass me their exit speed compensated for the lack of power and I could follow whithout them being in the way on the straights.. I fixed T16 the last session, still have questions about imporving T16, T17 and T1 and have some margin for keeping it shiney.
And weight. I'm on a diet.
uhhmmmm...

IMO one thing you can do in T1 is start your turn in much sooner but with less steering angle, in other words make it a much gentler arc...and get closer to the wall, maybe putting the left tires inside the painted line. This give you a better arc and makes track out easier. This means more entry, mid corner, and exit speed. In addition, again IMO, after you are tracking out, you are still steering left (notice how your car ends up close to mid track in T2?). There is no need for this, and it introduces needless instability into the chassis. Go wheels straight at T1 track out, and drive that line to the brake zone of T3.

I have noticed that I am also a bit quicker through corners with my car than a lot of the GT3's. I think it is the mid engine layout which gives the driver more confidence to push it.

One can only jam so much weight in a corner before it breaks loose i suppose.

LOL. I really have to learn to look at marks. I guess I must unconsciously, but dont ask me, I could not tell you.
Does turning in earlier for T1 not creat more turning after or at the wall?
I kept steering after exit T1, I usually dont, but I lined up the car for more straight braking into T3 because I lowered the front of the car too much, it was much more difficult to trail brake under hard braking at high speed. My fix was stay to the right longer harder braking, as slower speed, trun in with less trail brake than usual. I dunno, the car is going up again a smidgen and will try again at Dave Murry...

There has to be close to 400 LBs difference between the two and like stated above a full race suspension vs semi street. I am no expert but don't see much extra time to be gained. I do see what is mentioned on turn one. My coach has me going over the yellow line on turn one for a straighter track out also..
