There is no need to upgrade HLT Pro, but lap times should be faster due to a faster CPU and a faster network.

I am looking to get an iPhone 5 with Harry's Lap Timer and Tom Tom mount (that has a GPS signal antenna/booster). Did they stop making this mount for iPhone 4S? If so, is it hopeless to find something similar for iPhone 5?

Any other suggestions for improving signal/accuracy for HLT on new iPhone 5?

Get Emprum Ultimate and a Ram mount for windshield. This works well and seems to be what Harry recomends.

Keep in mind... This set up will cost you at least $150 (HLT pro + mount + gps boost). A basic AIM device is $300, maybe $400. The AIM SOLO DL is a bit more. I bought rhe whole HLT set up and now moving to AIM. Obviously would have saved muself some money if i had gone straight to the aim gadget.

I just received an email from Emprum and they won't have a new Ultimate with 8-pin connector for 6-12 months, but you can use the current product with an adaptor for the iPhone 5...
