Amazing condo with car elevator
I dont care, I'll be that guy. I love this. Hate houses, like condos.

We have car parks with a similar system in the city nearby. You drive into a sort of garage, get out of the car and the car is parked automatically underground.
Looks nice, until there are 5 people wanting their car at the same time, and 2 more wanting to park. Then you spend 10-15 minutes waiting until it is your turn.

Can't play my drums in a condo or play my music at concert levels. While that sky condo looks cool, it would take to long to hop in my car to run down the street to Greek City Cafe for a quick bite to eat.

I was hoping each unit gets own elevator. and FAST elevator. little lacking in patience I can see I'm on WOT b4 the doors open. I have drove THROUGH my garage door more than a few times. Americans don't make FAST garage doors. 50 Hp Honda motor would do it. 1/3 Hp sears pos no good
can cars do base jumping? that will speed things up

Funny you mentioned that 'coz I too have driven thru my garage door twice but fortunately no serious damage was done.

After a Dutch friend of mine living in Florida parked the front of his car in the kitchen, his wife took a bucket of red paint and painted on the newly repaired wall connecting the garage to the kitchen; "Kijk uit muur" or in English; Watch out, wall.

this building is 30 levels, so just imagine how long the wait is; not practical unless you live nocturnally.
