one of the best vids i have seen on the action in these VLN races on the Nürburg Ring and Nordschleife. There are 10 races each year, 4 hours on the with 150 to 200+ cars!
The top teams have 2-3 drivers - many 24 h Nordschleife, 24 h Spa and LeMans champions
As the top guys do lap times in the range of 8:10 - 8:25, whereas our best guys do around 9 min mark in a 2007 CUP (and then there are many in the 10-11 min range....i even saw a Golf I in last weekend´s race) there is a lot of lapping going on on this old an narrow track.
it is fantastic to watch from the outside ... and scary at times when driving in the middle of it
