I've got one. I like it. It's reasonably comfortable, allows a fair amount of neck rotation, and fits well in my Sport Buckets with Schroth HANS harnesses.
I have had two. On the first one, the fasteners holding the restraint in came out at Road America. So my restraint was not restraining! The side that did not fall out was loose. Finger tight only and no loctite.
They sent me another and claimed that it must have been a defective and short bolt. Two weeks later I found the bolt in the vacuum cleaner. It was not short or defective.
I decided to tighten up the new one and add loctite. The washers for the bolts are made of plastic and broke when tightened. I replaced with stainless.
Maybe I overtightened them. Maybe a poor design.
Neksgen were not interested in doing anything for me except for replacing the device.
It's light but wide in the chest area and I found that a little restricting for me. I'm a small framed guy.
I use a Safety Solutions Rage and I like it because I can use it in my students cars which always have 3 point belts. The Safety Solutions Rage is harder (time consuming) to get on and off so if I wasn't instructing I would probably get a Hans.

Bingo...much better side impact protection too. Worth the extra hassle to put it on IMO. It's good enough that Simpson is now the official brand of the product.
I have a hybrid pro rage. I can barely turn my head to the side and I really think I still need to take a bit of slack out of the tether so it does it's job in an impact. Anybody using a hybrid pro rage?
