Default Help me buy a GT3 RS please!

Gents,

After having been weighing my various options for awhile, I've 90% decided I'm ready to buy a GT3 RS Mk II.

I've found a one owner 2011 that has most of what I'm looking for and also has the added benefit of being a low-mileage CPO car, good until 2016. It's currently listed for $136,000.

Here's the original sticker / options:
BASE 911 GT3 RS 135,500.00

A4 Grey Black 3,140.00

A4 Grey Black 0.00

78 Black Full Leather 3,285.00

474 Front Axle Lifting System 3,490.00

490 Sound Package Plus 700.00

619 Bluetooth Phone Interface 0.00

810 Floor Mats in Interior Color 0.00

870 Universal Audio Interface 0.00

841 3spoke Sport Steering Whl Lthr 0.00

EZC Carbon package 865.00

XMJ Rear Center Console Carbon 1,625.00

-------------------------

Total with Options $ 148,605.00

-------------------------

DSTCHG Destination Charge 950.00

GASGUZ Gas Guzzler 1,300.00

-------------------------

Total Charges $ 2,250.00

-------------------------

Total Order $ 150,855.00
I calculated that the original dealer invoice as optioned was $132,909.

My question is: what would be a fair / good deal for this car given the current market?

I've read the threads about the various technical issues (clutch, PP/ coolant hose, centerlocks), but anything else I should be watching out for?

Nice car

You didn't state the mileage, and it's always hard to determine value on a car one hasn't seen but based on the details you've given I would say $136 is close to FMV now.
If the car fits YOUR spec, try to grind them down another few thousand. But I wouldn't lose the car as it is priced well now.

Check history on the RSregistry, PPI, etc

In most places the RS owners are a small community. Post details (location, mileage, VIN) of the car and someone's likely to know its history.

Yes, that's the one. Originally a Hawaii car then resold to the dealership and shipped back to California.
