Last weekend I had an invite to display the 4.0 in the Porsche corral for the IMSA Cup Challenge race at our local track at Mont Tremblant, Quebec.
Some awesome racing was enjoyed by all over the w/e.

Spent way too many hours on RL. Spent way too much time and obscene amounts of money shopping for her track needs. Violet can be a wee bit demanding!

Just gave it a good wash last night (following the Ridge track day).

Still has some black track marks on body that I cannot remove. What do you guys use to remove them? Thanks.

Mothers 3r is supposed to be good. Before you track it next time, put a good coat of wax on and they will come of with soap and water.

Washed it, Mother'ed the track tar marks off, then a coat of Griot's quick shine and a DRIVE! Still like the first time every time the car hits 4500 and sings to 8k. Yesterday, talked with shop regarding LSD rebuild, 3.89 r&p, 4.0 flywheel and control arms--yea!

BTW, I sometimes just wash the car, then go around with wax--removing lots of tar marks with it. After doing this a few times, you will have essentially covered all the surfaces that regularly get tar marks with a good coat of wax! But the Mother's is nice.
