ebay says sold for $36,900.
the sellers site says offered for $136,900.

it likely the seller omitted the "1" in the BIN price.

i wonder if the bidder has a legitimate claim?

According to a report on Jalopnik.com, the eBay motors contract isn't binding. Anyone checked the fine print?

Ithink kosmo is the most correct here unless the owner really smashed the car up bad

I wanted to check the history, but they charge for this car which usually tells me that the car has a history.

However, the omitted "1" sounds like the most plausible reason.
