Aren't these wheels smaller that what goes on the gt3RS??

They won't fit the RS. Different offset and tire size.

Stock on the front is 8.5" wide. These are 9" right? Any issues with the extra width?

No issues at all with the 9" fronts. There are a number of Rennlisters who have these wheels (some even have 245 tires in the fronts) for use on both street and track with no issues -- none that I've heard of at least.
