This would have been awesome last weekend at the Glen ... alas, every other track I go to has sound restrictions ...

Anyone ever test what's the sound level on the SW track pipes? I was meatballed at Laguna Seca recently for 102db with just a SW center muffler bypass (forgot to flip the switch that one lap). Can't imagine the track pipe can pass any sound restriction in US.

My understanding is that GT3/RSs with stock pipes will get blackflagged, so you were doomed with an unmodded SW system.

Ech... not really at Laguna no. I mean you have the ability to add-on stock style tips but you'd have to have some sort of turn ips with extra on there!

Hehe.. I like it so far. Going to put it on Blufin and get some videos shortly. It's not as droney/resonance-prone as the Track Exhaust with the smaller diameter tubing.

How about on the highway in 5-6 gear? Can you get away with it?

Need to drive TO the track! lol

With this kind of sound you need a 3.9. 415hp just aint gonna cut it if you're going to sound like that
Oh it is a good sound alright. You can somewhat control it around town depending upon how you drive but alarms are simply cannon-fodder. The highway cruising was somewhat passable. I could still listen to the Shipping Forecast on AM radio and talk... I'll grab some video soon.
