here is the pic they sent me of their current version and their description and pricing etc..

needless to say, too rich for my blood

PART#: 263659 - CART TIRE CARRIER LIGHT WEIGHT (12 TIRES)…………$ 1458.93 / ea.
You can either order through your nearest dealer (if within reason for you to go pick up) or order direct and we would need to ship it to you via freight truck.

getting warmer that is for sure...
I have sent a preliminary email to a local fab shop -- I think there is a better mousetrap for less $
we will see...

I am thinking bolt together for easy shipping and component replacement in the event of damage.... likely less bends to make as well

given all thats on my plate at the moment nothing will happen quickly

Best way IMO is to use 80/20 aluminum extrusion. Bolt together, strong, light. Reasonable $$

Another option for the DIY'er is to use 80-20 rail - think Trailex. Gives you endless options to suit your needs. The rails can be sourced from 8020.net or McMaster Carr - look for linear guide rails.

Haven't bought yet but will when I build my new garage in the spring. I've seen some of their other products and the build quality is excellent

I've two left out of the four MK tire racks I originally bought. Great stuff, high quality. Also had their alignment set-up stands, same thing, best of the best.

Hey guys, just to let people know.
here is a unit that a lot of teams including ourselves are using for around the pits.
Hope this helps some.

This is a great tire cart for the bucks, BUT those wheels (pictured) work well only on smooth concrete shop floors and are too small for running on pit lane !

I've had three of the irvansmith carts and they are reasonably priced and work well. For the money, though, I'd buy the mktechnologies and buy bigger wheels from Grainger !

Ours is a 48 ft 2 car. These may still be to large, might have to stay with the wall racks
