Default Retrofit USB/iPod connection to 2006 PCM

Hi everyone

Has anyone managed to retrofit a USB port or iPod connector to a 2006 GT3 with full sat nav PCM system?

I did a search and someone seems to have acheived this with a non-nav (CDR31) unit but not a PCM.

I'm based in London, so if there is any particular local knowledge to hand, even better!

Regards
AD

Been offered a solution by my OPC.

It's an iPod connection wired into glovebox but located in the centre console. It also has a USB DiN connector. Being charged £400 including VAT and labour for it.

Sounds a good idea?

Are they offering your a Dension, or a NavTV unit? Booth work well, both sound like what you are describing.

Neither it would appear. Just a wire that doesn't actually show data on the PCM itself.

Can you link me to the Denison or NavTV unit please? I could then take that particular product to my specialist as opposed to the OPC.
