not too mention you should put the OEM+MPSS back on and also sell the OZ wheels separately also!

if this is the case, take the sports buckets out and put the A.A.S back in, and sell those for an extra $5k ... I did this when I traded my 7.1 ... (assuming you kept the A.A.S)?

Alright, I need all your guys's advice.
I struck a reasonable deal (not smokin' deal which I'm known for) on this vehicle. I want to know if you would buy it? Why or why not? Forget about price. Don't worry about decals. Only OEM pieces included are OEM red wheels/tires.
I want a 4.0 or 991 RS ultimately, but none readily available. I drive my cars, no collector here. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure you really need to get a 4.0 with this. Looks like an awesome car for tracking. Don't know much about GMG stuff versus others but the little bit I've heard seems like good stuff. If I had the dough and wanted a track rat would take a serious look at this. My only concern would be resale down the road. Don't think it would have as wide an appeal as something closer to stock. At least (probably obviously) appeals to a more narrower track focused audience. Wish I had this problem

In my humble, it should come down to price differential between your car and this RS. The RS is certainly a nice step up, but at what cost? Coming from a .1 would be a no-brainer, from your .2, not so much. You would get better gearing, a few more horsies, and the other bolt-on stuff (that you can add to yours).
You say that you want a 4.0, and I think that you will still want one if you get this car, so don't spend too much to get this RS
If the numbers work for you, get it. Otherwise, keep looking for a 4.0.
Why are you selling yours anyway? Got a plan?
Oh, and yes, I would definitely buy it. Just not sure I would do it in your shoes (I would have probably gotten the RS to begin with... I think).

I have a 2011 GT3 and yes I would love an RS for the track (have more than 30 t-days in one year on my GT3) but I believe it makes no sense to switch now. All you're going to get is a little over a hundred large ones for your "lowly GT3" (I had to quote mdrums...:-) and trade in for a lot of unknowns on a "new" used RS. Just not worth it. The new 991S (with a few mods) already kicks the GT3's butt (also costs as much...) and is in torque (straight-line performance) pretty close to the RS. I believe the 991 has actually more torque than a GT3. I believe that once my warranty runs out in 2014 -and if I don't get tempted by the 662HP GT500 :-) no flames please- it'll be a 991 GT version IF it has at least 4 liters and at least 500HP because there's just no substitute for power:-).
