+1.

They are tied up sometimes by their suppliers, but besides that, easy peasy!

No more 60+ lb torqued steel stretch bolts in you aluminum expensive uprights. You will strip them. I had a caliper fall off in my 07 GT3. No fun.

I had one come out braking from 125mph to 35mph, could have been nasty. The first thing I did to my car was caliper studs and coolant welds

Why is it that everyone keeps harping about Orbit and how great they are?? My own experience with them has been HORRIBLE to say the least. Completely unreliable shipping dates, minimal follow up bordering on "I don't care", and worse, Eddie even tried to RETRADE me after the price on a $4k order has been agreed.

I have no reason pound on any vendor in particular, and on the contrary have often been lavish with praises for outstanding ones. But for Eddie and Orbit in particular I'm just a hair away from starting a separate thread about the ridiculous purchase experience I've had with them. Seeing unjustified praises about this vendor just gets me worked up.

Craig (Rennstore) Question for you. I have already purchased from you and installed my rear caliper studs on my 2011 997.2 GT3. Here is the question - the studs are actually thinner in diameter than the oem caliper bolts..why is this? I went ahead with the install, but have been wanting to get an answer on this..thx.
