Current Market Value- 997.1 GT3 10k miles $117k MSRP 1 owner
As the title states I am trying to place a value on a car, not a dream price or a list price but what the car will sell for in 90 days or less. Here it is:

Burning Brakes
I have been following prices for the exact same car (.1GT3 low miles) and at auctions they are selling in the mid-high 60s, private sell is in the mid70s and dealers are asking high 70s low 80s for CPOd cars.

it is funny..... 997GT3s are for the better part, holding..... and 997GT3RS are asking upwards of $100+ in some cases......
for awhile there it looked like the prices were going to continue depreciating on a steep scale.... but now it appears to have tapered off....
997.2 GT3 prices do not appear to be letting any sub 100k deals going by and the 997.2RS is in such demand that it is not likely we will see many sell below 120k for the short term.
the release of a 991GT3 has everybody either on hold selling 997.1&.2 GT3s or looking to buy them at the moment.
