Default Getting powder coat off carbon fiber

My passenger seat was slid all the way back and rubbed against my harness bar. It left a little yellow smudge in the carbon fiber of my seat backs.

For the sake of specificity, it's a yellow RSS 930 bar and GT2 seats.

Any idea of the best way to get that off? Rubbing it didn't seem to do the trick.

Thanks in advance,
Bobby

I would imagine that the surface of the seat is scuffed, and the yellow is in the scratches. I would try some scratch remover, cut polish, or even wet sanding to get the yellow out.
