Where? Depends on what you want to see. How? Rennline tow hook mount or suction cup.

The clamp I used was a handlebar clamp with longer than standard bolts. I adjust it to eye level.

The best Gopro mount ever.... You just need a rollbar. The thing is awesome, any position, any angle, rotates. Billet aluminum, no vibration.
No affilation

Guys, just a word of warning with suction cupping to body panels, on my jetski, i get some flex cracks in the gel coat from mounting my gopro to it... Not structural, just cosmetic. Admittedly, i was riding at warp speed with the cam dragging through water at times to give some amazing shots but our car panels are nowhere near as solid as my ski...

The suction cup holds strong and the g-forces and drag created at speed could crease panels or harm paintwork... Something to keep in mind!

For those who are using the Hero2, have any of you experienced a white out effect outside the cabin when filming? I have mine mounted suctioned to the rear window in center and the picture of the interior is good but the track is heavily washed out. What setting do I have messed up? Thanks

You need to set the camera to "Center Spot" I think the icon is a square with a dot in the middle. That will fix your problem.
