FS: 2010 GT3 Canadian Spec with 5 Lug Conversion and a whole lot more! Uber Mods!!!
OK, yes I know, I know, ....I hate to do it but I must magically change my much loved GT3 in to two lesser cars (one will be a Porsche trackmobile!!!) - one for Calgary and one for Nevada.
This is one of only 25 Canadian Spec 2010 Porsche GT3's in sold Canada.

It is (I think!) a spectacular deal for a CANADIAN Rennlister (sorry, not quite as good for our friends State-side), see link above. For reference, note that the base price for 2010 GT3's in Canada was CDN$138,200, while the US base price was US$112,000. Also, for Canadians. when comparing to used GT3's down south be sure to multiply the asking price by 1.11 to account for the GST and Duty when importing to Canada.
I will not respond to questions and comments on this thread, but please feel free to PM, call, or email.
Happy Shopping, .....and go easy on me!
Cheers!

interesting, didn't the 997 gt3 have a greater delta between US and Canadian prices? Glad to see they've narrowed it. GLWS!

Attempt is not to anger the buyers at previous higher prices (bought because they saw value). Then they lower the price in the future and those who have previously bought see regular depreciation and then extra depreciation because new cars are cheaper.
Tough part is that Porsche Canada needs to defend Canadian dealers. Goal would be to make the pricing attractive enough to have Canadians buy in Canada and not look for arbitrage opportunities in the US. Doubt they are looking for parity; but more so factoring costs of importing, time, etc. from US into Canada vs. a Canadian price.
GLWS! Beautiful car with right options at a solid price.

for any canadians looking to save a few bucks buying stateside, yes you will find a decent deal in USA, however it will not have all the upgrades of this vehicle.
very few cars in todays market place are packing the goodies of this car.
These upgrades are a must have and expensive to duplicate.
exhaust
track wheels
LSD
suspension upgrades
something to consider before one starts pinching pennies compared to a stock example....

You will be hard pressed to find a 997.2 for <90k in Canada, Pfaff has one listed for $129k with no mods. I sold my 2011 GT3 last fall to a friend in Calgary and the market is still strong for GT3's in Canada. Doug's car is priced well for a serious buyer.
These cars are not for tire kickers and low ballers. (Referring to my experience when I was selling my 996 GT3)

i see a lot of GT3, a LOT....
and there's a lot of tire kickers...
yes, once in a while you will find cheap and nice cars. i'll be selling my 4.0 at $150k maybe next week.
but most of the mkt the GT3 prices are strong for nice clean cars.
chromium sold his 2010 for over 100 and dougs car is sure just as nice...
if you find a $90k USD 2010 GT3, either it's POS or you are so lucky you should just quit your job and buy a single lottery ticket b/c you will be the next big winner.
