If you look at the window sticker you will see that the front seats have been changed from heated adaptive sport seats to the GT2 seats -- as well as adding the rear seats.

I like it too...maybe not the mileage but, oh well. I was curious about the rear seats, so I asked how/ when they were installed. Below is the answer I received....

"Thank you for your email inquiry on our ’10 Porsche GT3. You sparked a lot of research on your question regarding the rear seat, as historically you are right they did not come with that feature. But in 2010 this was a model option, (I pasted a link to MotorTrend article for you below). I confirmed this by calling our local Porsche Dealership Newport Porsche as well; this vehicle was built with the rear seat at Porsche Factory. As a matter of fact this GT3 is very well optioned; I attached a copy of the original MSRP for you as well. If you have not had an opportunity, please take a look at our virtual tour, specific details and a free CarFax on this GT3 on our website at www.phillipsauto.com.

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I look forward to hearing from you.

Yeah right, and so was PDK.

Must have been a no-charge option too, since it doesn't show up on the window sticker. Porsche would have sold a ton of these, had the option been available.

Anyway, provided that it was done properly, there's nothing wrong with this. Would be a heck of a DD.

- Carbon buckets are worth LOTS, regardless of intended use
- PCCBs are also worth lots, albeit less desirable for a track-oriented car
- Full leather is very nice for a dd
- Colour is desirable IMHO, and to MY taste
- PCM, Bluetooth, bla, bla, are also a plus for a dd street car
- Rear seats are "priceless" for someone who needs them
- But... miles are a bit high (only in relation to the asking price)
- But... are rear seats legal? Since they are not from the factory. I know it's an issue in Europe, but here??? Does it matter?

Did a quick search on cars.com, and it is toward the bottom price-wise. I didn't dig in, but I can guarantee that it's the only four-seater. You are going to have to do your own homework to figure out what it's worth. Negotiate to $102k if it checks the boxes for you?

For ME, this would be the ultimate street car... that you can take to the track once in a while, if you feel like it. It is capable, practical, subdued, a keeper. I would take this any day of the week over a 991, but of course, this is the GT3 forum, after all.

Yeah, or maybe a bit more, but I'm a sucker for the carbon buckets.
