It's been done before. By using the RS 4.0 crank, the 3.9 figure jumps to 4098 ml.

If you use a 106mm piston (requires machining) with the RS 4.0 crank, now you're talking 4257 ml. I believe that's the largest that's been done. Manthey calls it their "4.3l."

Slow, I'm working on getting the 4.0 back up here. Got a friend with an airstrip so will be saving my free pass for later on.

We know what happens vs a similar weight, revving but 520hp Fcar There's a video of that same car pulling on a 16M too
