Not a repost. Similar to other recent photos but this one clearly shows center-locks are still part of the program. Nice find.

 

I saw my first 991 on the road a few days back in Nashville. I approached what I thought was an Aston Martin Vantage at night (tail lights are similar), and then realized it was the new 911... Pulling up to next to it at highway speeds, I was struck by the good looks of the car with those massive 20s...

I'm really looking forward to seeing this car in a GT3 version.... Thanks for the post.

This brakes are massive.
I really hope the production version has no wing. Love GT3s but never been a rear spoiler fan. Reminds me the boy racer wings on Civics!

The brakes are massive, I agree. And they're PCCB.

 

Those brake and rotor proportions look remarkably similar to Savy's recent 4.0/MovIt post.

 

They are probably actually bigger since the 991 comes with dubs. That **** cray

Or 396mm? Caliper is different too (looks familiar ). Sure would be nice if the spy photogs snapped some detail pics.

 

They look bigger than 380mm, and that's a major set back. It will force the 991 GT3 to run 19" wheels, and the fastest tires are made on 18" (plus the aero benefits).

Not liking an active rear spoiler, is this a copy of the MP4-12C tricks? GT3 need wings, GT3 RS bigger wings.
