being 6'5 im sure i could fit with my own custom setup. i sat in a 996 cup once and couldnt even put the steering wheel on, but that car was custom to fit the owner. i've also sat in a cayman and had room but the roof skin would've needed to be moved up so i could actually see out the front windshiled. haha

Dude, it's all about how the car is set up. I am 6'4 and about the only race cars I haven't been able to fit in are Vipers, Lotuses, and some Spec Miatas (whereas I have fit in other Spec Miatas).
If you're serious about trying out a Spec Miata hit up CJ Ichiban who co-owns Jason's team. I'm sure you can get a test fit in car if you ask nicely...
