Default 997.1 GT3 - Two Clutch Switches?

Hi Guys,

Recenly changed the grey clutch switch with the metal lever on the GT3. There's another switch on the clutch with a red housing and a plunger (similar to a brake light switch)

What does this switch above the clutch pedal do?

Clutch switch, relay carrier, vehicle electrical system control unit, and device support.

Cheers, but which one is the grey unit with two spade connectors and the metal arm? and what is the big switch (red casing) with the plastic plunger?

The grey switch is to ensure the clutch is depressed prior to starting the car. The red switch is linked to the cars DME and (amongst others functions) is utilized on cruise control equipped cars.
