Question Pictures of correct jack stand placement?

Hi –
By chance does anyone have under the car pictures showing the proper locations to place jack stands? I see several posts on this but I am confused. Read: Afraid of improperly placing them and damaging my beloved GT3. Thanks!

Don't think you need pics. Look for little arrows on rocker panel and you can't go wrong. Follow the arrow and you should find an area not covered by rocker panel or plastic underliner which will be roughly circular with a small hole. That's your spot.

What kind of jackstands are you using? Jackpoint for my money! Make sure you have a good jack and stable surface.

Default jacking location

This is a good under side shot compliments of FFaust on a 996 GT3. However, you can see on this more side shot of a 997 gt3 that the spots are quite similar. The jacking location on the front of the car has similar, though not identical, looking physical appearance. Sorry about the funny looking thing in the way

I think drl is being modest because he doesn't want anybody to see that you could eat off the underside of his "3". You're busted man - your car is so clean!
