I just checked the website for the 4.0 and it does not show-up. Did someone ****** it already? I'm ready to pounce on it.

as an aside, are we sure that all the 4.0 have been delivered?

Just a head up on the used GT3RS 4.0, the owner supposedly took delivery. Drove it 30 miles and had a change of heart. Got his lawyers involved and "made" the dealer unwind the sale. So, it's a used car being sold as NEW.

Really?

I'd have that car checked for a money shift.

And I would challenge legally that car being sold as new. Something smells in Denmark.

damn i hate it when that happens.....
what is a fair "drive off the lot depreciation"?
at least 10% I would think.....sounds like some negotiation could be possible.

are you serious? lawyer ? On what grounds could he have a lawyer make the dealer take it back? I do not understand

He was 15 miles from home. Pulled into the driveway wife said WTF!!! back to the dealer.
