I am padding this to soften the blow of my manual shifting skills vs. the instashift in the Fiat and crazy downforce through Bishop's..... Hoping I can hit similar times in the 3, but not especially confident..... We'll see soon enough!

It is a lot of fun to drive no question, and hopefully I'll latch onto a rabbit or two. I do have a cheater shifter in it, but Randy said I couldn't run the event without having at least some cheater parts in the car.....

So sad that we're going to miss this this year. But expect my wife and I to make it again the next couple of years. We just upped our sponsorship for the event and agreed to a 3 year contract. Next year we even hope to bring our Carrera to run the DE and not just sit there all day at our table watching the pretty Porsches drive by like we have in years past. It's just not in the cards this year with a 2 month old in the home...
