No need to change the coolant fittings, the RMS, the LSD, the monoball toe-links, the LCA bushings, the LCA bearings, the muffler in the Scuderia. Just a set of brake pads, flush the brake fluid, put some decent tires, and car is ready.

4.0 RS is overpriced. 3.8 RS is a better deal. TRAKCAR on slicks can run a 2:16.5 at Sebring.
I can do better then 2:165.
Slicks are faster then 2.5 seconds faster compared to RA1's.

Give Erik, me and Randy a Scud and we will prove to you that the 4.0 is a bargain within the first 40 track days or 12K miles or 1 year. I'd self distruct in desperation. Say it does last that long, how much would we have spent on pads and rotors?

I'd still buy one if I had 100K laying around taking up vault space.

.
I can swing the Fiat. It's the requisite gold chains I can't afford. Have you seen the price of gold lately?

Rad, are you saying that 09 Scuds with less than 5k are going for 160-170?

PM me Please, I got a friend who's looking for one. And i'll take the 09 Cayman as training wheels.

Well said!!

+1 ... I think that's a plan for 2014/5 ... just in time to SPANK THE F*** out of any 991 GT3's ... Manthey 4.3 + their suspension! you can take your PDCC and PTV+ and shove it into the hideous center console! Mezger uber alles...

Hang on now. PDK is a done deal for the 991 GT3 but I'm willing to wager PDCC won't be on the GT3, at least not the RS.

160-170 for a higher mileage Scud (reads - 10k miles) is the reality

I rode with Rad, and the car is really nice, pulls like crazy, is really spacious inside and amazed me how comfy it is.
Is a very civilized car.
