Default Winter tires for GT3 GENII/MKII ?

I live in Sweden, with a law regarding winter tires from december to april.

Which of these sets would you recommend?
Continental Winter Contact TS 810
Pirelli Winter 240 SnowSport
Pirelli Winter Sottozero

Sizes are 235/35 ZR 19 front and 295/30 ZR 19 rear.

Couldn't find other manufacturers Do you guys have another brand for me?

Of course, I won't drive in a few inches of snow, but here in the south of Sweden, we have no snow at present, temperature is around 3-7+ degree Celsius at day and 1-3+ degree Celcius at night. I spend most of my time driving around town or at the freeway, not in any mountains etc.
Last year we had several inches snow from November until late in the spring. Hope that won't happen again.

I'd go with whatever N-spec winter tyre Porsche recommends ... since hopefully they did winter testing on them...

Note, if you are going to drive on winter roads with GT3's, you run the HIGH risk of early corrosion as our cars are not factory protected against winter driving conditions.

Also, thought you had to run studded tires in the winter in Sweden?

excellent point ... I had my '04 GT3 back in Scotland for a winter and it had noticable superficial corrosion on the underside ....

I won't use the car for everyday driving in the next few month, but just yesterday, I drove it through town to get it washed, there was (As I could see) no salt on the roads yet. I will only drive the car, then the roads are clear of any snow and salt.

And no, we have no law regarding studded tires, we only have permission to use them, from early november to spring. I live in Malmö (All the way down south Sweden, degress hasn't been under 0 yet), if you live north of Stockholm (With temperatures at minus 40 degress) I think most people up there, uses studded tires at winter. There are plenty of snow up there.

I use the Sottozero's as winter tires and they are just fine. I avoid going out in the GT3 when there is snow/ice/slush on the roads but if it's cold and dry, it's no problem. The engine just LOVES the cold. I had the GT3 out just this morning on the coldest morning so far this winter (9F or -13C). It has been an usually mild winter so far in the Boston area, with no snow on the ground yet.
