Drums is obsessed with my tune. He seems to think it added 100hp I think it's good for 10hp at best, and on a 400hp car it's pretty much negligible. I can't feel the difference anyway. However, it seemed like something fun to do at the time and I like doing business with the Filthy Brazillian and his partner

Is this the part you're referring to?

We prototyped and dyno tested rear muffler delete pipes in multiple diameters, side muffler delete pipes in multiple diameters, and straight pipes right off the factory headers. All of these configurations lost power on this engine due to the way the factory exhaust system relies on the side and rear mufflers for resonance tuning. The factory exhaust has been proven to work only as a complete system on the GT3, and our testing has shown to us that single part substitutions have significant negative impact on power results.

$6K++

I will see if I can get a cheap takeoff from a GT3 and cap it off, CUP or just cap off my Ti one for maximum weight reduction.

I see the silly season is running at full throttle I thought FL was immune from such things since we don't get snow and can run all year. Seems I was wrong.

My car is at Orbit right now, installing and trying Porro's old headers and than removing the side mufflers and Sharky and reinstalling the stock muffler. We will find out if it is livable on the street, otherwise I'm going back to the current setup. Not really hoping for HP, just weight out the rears.
Porro's headers were 16.5 lbs (no cats) and center was at 17.5 lbs. So I'm hoping for approx 30 lbs weight loss. But as stated before, if it drones or is too loud on the street, I'm going back to stock w Sharky

Call up Sharkwerks. They probably have dozens of the center mufflers take-offs collecting dust. Since you're a prior customer, they should be able to hook you up.

Good point!

I think I will first try it with my Ti so see if I even like the sound.
Hard to believe I will like it as much as the Sharkwerks bypass, but that weight reduction is tempting!
