TrakCar: I will get a complete list of the options tomorrow but here is what I remember from when I ordered it in June.
White Exterior
Black leather interior
GT Silver wheels
Sport seats
Lightweight headlights
Clear Taillights
Aluminum footrest
Sound Package
More pictures of the car when I get back home.

Take some pics of the interior.
All black full leather is what I would have done too. Nice, no cost option!
Lightweight lights, but sound package? Watcha need more speaker for ?! ;-)
I'm blind in the dark, so xenons, but damn I hate those stupid spray nozzles and extra weight for the fluid in there.
VERY NICE

That's the new name for Holbert's - what a shame that historic name is gone. Anyway, I can't make it up there to ogle your car, so best of luck with her and have a good trip home.

Thanks guys for all the compliments on the car. I have been a little bit quite about it since I got home with it because of family stuff, rain, christmas, and now life is back to normal. I finally got to drive the car a little bit on Saturday and some on Monday afternoon. Of course the car is still in the break in period and driving it around town limits you in where you can get a good feel for the car. So far here are some quick observations about it in stock form (most of these are compared to my 996 GT3):
- Instant torque no matter what gear I am in
- Love the sound of the car especially in sport mode
- On my favorite streets the car feels neutral and flat with a slight hint of understeer. I haven't really tried pushing the envelope on the street yet
- CDR30 sucks for a modern day radio. Porsche really needs to get their act together on the base radio offered in a car of this caliber that isn't a NAV based unit. All it would take is some tweaking of software
- Clutch feel is one of the best I have felt in a long time in a street car. Firm yet super responsive
- Brakes are a lot better than the 996 in street trim. Very responsive for a street pad.
- Carbon hood is superlight and the hood shocks overpower it
- Wing with the slight angle in it makes for a useless rearview mirror unless someone is stuck up the tailpipes of the car.
- My neighbors hate me even though the name of the street is Fast Lane
- Wife loves it and can't wait for date night where we get to take the car out
Overall I am really impressed with the car. Porsche did some magic with this car and made it a well balanced 911. In overall feel it responds very similar to the 996 GT3 on the street as far as being edgy, raw and responsive. The inside is more everyday friendly than the 996 though.
When I get some more time in the car I will give you guys a little bit of a writeup about how it compares to the F430 and some of the trackcars I have driven.

I'll have to check PET if its the same part number on the hood shocks as all the other 997 GT3s.
I know the 996 RS had different hood shocks to accommodate the weight savings of the carbon vs steel hoods.

The 4.0 RS and GT2RS appear to have the std 997 shocks. (PET 281update)
