Default Favorite dealer for service in LA area ?

What's the consensus here ? For a newer car under warranty.
Any feedback...good and bad appreciated.

rusnak pasedena and i live 30 mins away.
brian lewey service manager always takes care of me. a friend takes his gt2 rs there too.
brian usually gets the car washed for me and puts me in a nice p-car until its ready. He is HONEST. he has never tried to sell me on something that i didnt need . i dont even buy my tires or brake pads from them. i can't say the same for the dealer on the west side of the valley.
also heard good things about Beverly hills porsche but havent used them.

I take all my cars to Newport Beach. Ask for Stan. He has been a GT specialist/master technician for years. He is also a trackrat. He does my regular mainenance, fixed my RMS, and installed y LWFW.

My buddy took his GT3 to Newport and the service advisor noted on his work order that he had a bypass pipe and his tires had severe wear and was probably on the track. Not sure why the SA would do that but my friend wasn't too happy about it.

I've had good luck with 3 cars at Auto Gallery. I use Armen Mansouri. Not a big fan of the other advisor (Don).

"Why not just sell it....to me

wsh"

ok.....for 1 Millllllllllllion dollars

Fyi, nothing wrong with my car, was just curious what folks thought. I had the 1 year service and CL recall done at Rusnak Pasadena. Great service, Cayenne loaner car, and they kept it inside the shop....didn't let it mingle with what SA called " the general public "....

Things may be different now, but when i took my audi and mercedes there 5-6 years ago all I remember was they weren't horrible. I ended up taking my cars to dealers further away.

My MK.1 GT3 had a bypass and they fixed my RMS and insalled my LWFW under warranty. My MK.2 GT3RS has a bypass, roll bar, and 6-point harness. It's pretty obvious that the car is being tracked. I even discussed getting service because I was headed to the track. They have never noted anything about it on the work order.

I have been going to Pacific in Torrance for about 7 years. Not perfect, but they have acknowledged their mistakes, and made things right.

That said, Nicco my service advisor is no longer there. My first experience with the new guy was not great.
