Thank you guys. I love everything about the car, and it was worth the wait, "six months". There are so many things, but I can't begin to list all of the things I love about it. On top of my list right now is the sound from Sharkwerks on Sport mode about 4,000RPM, OMG!!!

What a gorgeous car! If it weren't for my wife, I would be owning a similar color car. My wife told me that, I was free to buy any car of my choosing, but she needed to agree with the color. Obviously, I was ok with this pre-requisite.
I agree with you on the sound of the shark weeks bypass. I love it between 4000-5000rpms.

Sorry I'm a bit late but... congratulations on a great score. Whoever missed ordering a new PTS is going to have a hard time finding one on the used market.

I am getting used to the rear engine car. This is the best car I have ever owned, but you are going to think I am crazy. My tuned Dinan M3 was easier to drive. I am thinking about doing something to the suspension, but I am not sure why. The car feels nervous with a ton of understeer. I will not do anything untill I learn to drive the car better.

Good answer

A rear-engined car IS different, but oh-so-rewarding when you get it right. With a good alignment and some tweaking of the sway bars, you should be able to dial out most of the push.

Then, your Fla buddies should be able to help you out with the few mods that will make the car perfect for YOUR use

bmw's are very easy to drive compared to 911's.
if your 3.8 pushes, then why do you feel it's nervous?
chk alignment first.
if the push is normal, then you need a throttle lift mid-term. or otherwise u entered the turn too fast. these things will enter the turn slower than bimmers but you can put the hammer down a LOT sooner. you will love it once you get used to it.

Mooty, I think you nailed it. It is perception only I think. I am still learning the ropes with this car. Gosh, I haven't done any track time at all, just street use.

Thanks for your recommendation.

I know what you mean, I used to be a bimmer driver before this gt3. once you get the feel for it you'll be more than happy in a porsche. I know I am, an I think it was mearly perception. At first I was maybe over shooting corners till I learned how much faster I could hammer down on the exit.

All my bmw's were *** happy cars, There is just more grip out back on these. I quickly changed my driving style and I realized I was drifting too much in bmw. I have lots to learn myself as im only new to these porsches. I love it so far. hope you get the feel for it. Have fun your cars soo soo amazing
