Lol. Dell, if you're gonna pay $95k for 7.1 GT3, my RS is a much better deal.

Hey Ken!

I saw it and even ran it by the wife. LOVE THE GREEN!!! She instantly shot down the idea though as my max budget is in the 70-80K range. DAMN.

Ugh... I plan to put more miles and probably sell it in the 80s next year. Keep in touch! I'm gonna guess selling prices of 7.1 GT3s with over 20k miles with no warranties are in the 60s or very low 70s for well optioned ones.

I just bought a .1GT3 with 10k miles and $45 in mods.

Paid in the low 80's for it.

I think high 70's to low 80's is the market right now for a good car. There are always outliers in super clean, showroom condition cars and then those that have hidden stories at the low end. It's sad to see the prices have dropped so much (my car had an MSRP in Canada of $162k when I bought it in 2007), but it's good to see that it opens the doors to enthusiastic drivers.

Ignoring the outliers, clean cars around 10kmiles or less seem to be listing in the mid to upper 80's in US - mostly they have few mods. The one NorthVan picked up from SwitchCars was nicely track optimized - still hitting my head against the wall over missing the boat on that one.

High 60's low 70's should buy you a very nice, clean 07 GT3.

While I understand you're more interested in sales data, when dropping off my car this morning for snow tire mounting, I saw a white Gt3 (997.1) with 14K miles listed at $89K.

Name of dealer is High Marques (no affiliation)
