Thanks, Lar! Wish you had been there; it would have been epic! Hope you'll get your track gear sorted out ASAP.

Absolutely awesome. Dunno about the "zone"; still just trying to get the hang of things… Seeing as I was holding you up most of the laps (until the inevitable point-by), I think you were the cat playing with a feeble mouse Not that it wasn't fun for the mouse.

How would you say the pull on the 3.9 compares to the 3.8RS?

I would like to see this aswell - 3.8, 3.9, 4.0.

3rd gear roll starting at 4000 and 5000rpms - stoping at 8500rpms

Looks like his 3.9 is still pretty strong vs. the 3.8 (at 7:30 in, watch the straight away ), that car's screaming for a single mass FW and exhaust!

That is very impressive... provided that Savy was WOT, but still

Concerning the LWFW, post #17 implies that it already has it

Check and check. AFAIK, the LWFW was installed as part of this, and the car has a GMG exhaust now.

Come to think of it, I forgot to set the car in sports mode for every single session, just due to mismatched (PDK vs. clutch) muscle memory

Glad it has an exhaust now. It did have a LWF for one event but was switched out to a dual mass shortly after. Unless it was changed back to LWF later, it still has that 28 pounder afaik. glad to see it's being driven on a track still.
