BBS CH-R on Atlas Grey 997 GT3.1 - Black or Titanium Silver?
#16
Thanks for the input fellas and sounds like titanium silver is the big winner here. I didn't realize the rears were only 11" and that the offset required a spacer so I'm a little more uneasy about this option. Definitely want 12" out back.
Not sure what to do, but may take a look at some other options available. Any recommendations? I like the BBS FI and HRE P40S, but may run into the same issues.

Bottom-line, go to a custom house or a Porsche motorsport type vendor. This way, you get perfect fitment without having to deal with extraneous items like spacers and if stuff ever happens, they'll still exist to cya.
I actually really wished BBS made the LMs in perfect GT3 fitment, but alas, they max out at 12s and a lot of porsche guys run spacers to get them to fit. it's odd how BBS only seem to make right sized wheels for BMW M3s. C'mon man!
The only downside is pricing. They'll be approx double that of the CHs.

The RG5s are awesome, I had them on my 997.1 GT3 great light wheels ... strong and look great

Yea, I have no regrets at all. My #1 choice even after purchase. The gloss black paint job is holding up nicely, too, and really happy that the RG5s accept factory center caps (have the black with crest on them). Thorough.
