Big congrats Pete!

You need a Panamera to complete your collection.

Congratulations. Wow! That's a stripper, no options and radio delete, not even Xenon headlights.

As light as you can get it, except A/C delete which would be sacrilege in CA/NV, and PCCB which is nothing compared to MoviT.

Impressive.

Gorgeous car... I really enjoyed those pics. Can't wait to read about how it feels on the track. Enjoy it.

Wow Pete, that is a beautiful car. Congrats, and please, do the proper break in, as in 8200 rpm with 20 miles on odo break in....

Congrats. What a beautiful, fantastic car. Now that I am fortunate enough to own a GT3, there are very few cars I still dream of owning. The 4.0 is one of them. Enjoy the hell out it.

Thank you all for the kind comments. A more detailed write-up after I put some miles on it. But initial impressions are how compliant the suspension is, and the elasticity of the engine. Power delivery is so linear and buttery smooth. It will make for a hell of a track car, that is for sure.

Oh- to reiterate, I can't imagine doing anything to the exhaust system. It is plenty loud and sounds great.

CONGRATS.
bring it down. i must 'TEST' it hahaha
Ruined by my right foot, I know... Admittedly, I did keep revs below 7000, so what you see in the video still has another 1500 rpm of headroom.

Not sure when we see each other again unless you come on over to RFR w/HOD Oct 22/23 or SCCA on Oct 8th? Otherwise a couple odd Nov/Dec dates at TH w/HOD.

Yes Sir. If Porsche makes one car that "must" be a stripper, this is it.

I purposefully did not spec the LiON as I was thinking to use my 3RS LiON or shop for an alternative. The Braille 340R looks to be the one, but dang, the MSRP is heart-stopping. Any suggestions (it has to be usable for daily driving)?

MovIt gives me the weight savings / no-dusting benefits of PCCB while eliminating the pad flipping and rotors as wear item.

Bring pastries/baked goods and you can do anything you want... But to hear it is the best part

Here are the solid suspension bits-

Wow: stunning and best wishes with the new baby! Looks betting in RL pictures than in mags. Could only imagine how sweet she looks/sounds for real.

Congrats and enjoy. I'm definitely feeling a bit of passer's remorse at the moment...

Thanks Carl! I would say to hollar at Tom@tfent.com for purchase options in your part of the world. My kit is supposed to arrive next week, I will post some pics when it does.

Thanks! It does have some serious presence when viewed in person. The rear wing is just rediculous. Good for ironing and picnics when not in motion

It is over at Reno Porsche if you want to drive up and look at it. Won't have it at SCCA but will at the RFR HOD Oct 22/23 event. Might be at RFR on Oct 9th if I instruct at Mike Dietl's track class that day.

Yeah, that has always been my thought as well.

No need for remorse, as we discussed, buying new is just financially idiotic. At least I finally figured out to spec a base version so I don't take as much of a bath later

If you change your mind I bet some of these come on the market in Nov-Jan as they are delivered and people can't come up with the $ to buy.
