Too many cars, spending time switching the battery tender from one to the other. Not a flipper by any stretch but I derive satisfaction from driving not possessing. 2RS is phenomenal, and I cannot bear to track it so it has to go. A great deal for a serious buyer or collector
Unless some one here Paypal's a deposit today, it is likely sold Monday, three folks pretty serious about buying it.
Savy, IMHO that's a great decision. I think the 997 GT2 RS and 4.0 RS will be cars to become icons for the next generation of collectors. But my car of preference for such spot is the Carrera GT.
The just slightly slower 3.8 RS is the track day car I like for its performance/value/price relationship.
If I were to buy a Cup car, with no full-time intentions to race it, it would be a 996 GT3 Cup: ABS, a standard transmission, really a low maintenance Cup car. The car is allowed in SCCA GT2, NASA-TT, NASA Club Racing, some historic racing clubs, and PCA Club Racing. There are many choices to race this car, or you can enjoy chasing 997 GT3 Cup with no so talented owners.

Good luck with the sale.
+1
The 2 RS is a beast however and the red/black is the best color combo IMO.
Hey Guys- thanks for all the feedback and comments. If someone doesn't hit the bid I am keeping the car as now I am having massive second thoughts. The 2RS is a special car and a hoot to drive and it looks crazy good sitting out in the sunshine. Makes my 3RS look like a wallflower
