The answer to that question all depends on the State and organization. For the most part, the DE exclusions are now flooding the regular policy carriers. Some smaller carriers have not changed their wording, but they will. The world of HPDE's was the best kept secret for years...not so much any more.
Lockton is one that does on course, physical damage coverage for cars but the event has to be approved and listed on their site. Ryan Staub is spearheading the program and is an HPDE kind of guy. That being said, what they offer is magnificent and worth every penny.
There are some States that still don't exclude it. Even carriers like Hagerty vary from State to State. YOU MUCH CHECK WITH YOUR CARRIR IN THAT STATE TO ENSURE THE ANSWER. In CA, I have no first hand knowledge of a carrier that doesn't exclude it. Although, I have heard that Liberty Mutual does not. This is unconfirmed, but told to me by the President of the LA Chapter of the BMW CCA. I am researching both that carrier and Amica. Both are a bit more expensive in CA, but perhaps they have a broader policy.
