07 GT3RS Orange - WIW
After considering an understated Silver / Black RS, I am getting more comfortable with the idea of Orange and black. I have done as much research as I can regarding current values and am curious what guys here think this one is worth. The car currently has 11,000 miles on it.

Orange is THE hot rod color on these monsters. Transforms them somehow.... especially decals deleted.
Now, as to price, there are so few around with some people asking as low as $85 in previous sales it is hard to tell what someone will ask and what someone will actually pay.
A PCCB, 10000 -15000mile car with an aftermarket roll bar will fetch bout $88k in my books. But because of the supply and demand i could see a buyer dish out 90k, especially with new socks.
Trouble is after market roll bars hurt resale.
The GMG bar is fantastic as are the TC design bars etc, but im telling ya' folks, stick with the Clubsport or Tequipment for resale purposes. After market bars should be hauled out before sale time unless you dont mind having your pants pulled down a little during a sale.
This car will not see $99k.... being an orange owner i wish it would but alas.....

Thanks, guys. My research yielded about the same range of 88-90. I will likely make an offer, but may need to wait as it showed up on eBay last night.

Orange and Black is a great option, be patient until you find the right car for you, be it Orange, Green, White or Silver! Did I mention Orange is a great option!

I love the orange. I'm still a good 3 years away from putting one in my garage, but I still enjoy looking. Could probaby do it earlier if I sold my 993, but I know I'd regret it...

Those pictures are all stunning! I'm glad that I came around on abandoning the understated approach of Silver.
I spoke with the owner of this car last night. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PORSC...item4cf8c4933b
I wasn't crazy about the aftermarket/Alpine Navigation, but he has the original unit which will come with the car. The only other mod is a Sharkwerks exhaust, the original comes with the car. It has brand new shoes.(Pirelli) He purchased the car with 2400 miles on it as a CPO from a dealer. I like the idea of a warranty and should know if I own it by the weekend. He has two or three people interested, I'm not the highest bidder at the moment. Highest interest is at 93.5.
Option two is the car originally on the Pelican site, now here. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2007-...item2a129f1a2e

I didn't see any bids on the first one? Unless these offers are behind the scenes.
The second car looks nice, but what about the roll bar? Is that aftermarket and did he drill holes for that? I'm asking, nothing more.
Either one is fantastic, we are splitting hairs here.
