+1 on DD GT3 RD's comment. Much better at night for traffic/popo. But if not, I can suggest a great drive that's a bit further but little to no traffic or police and the scenery is beautiful. PM me if you want details.

Were you by chance driving on Sunset headed east from PCH?

Was driving next to a fellow in a meteor grey gt3...I think it had a gmg license plate frame...or any idea if the owner is on the forum?

No, wasn't me. I'm sportin' a stylish PA temp plate until tomorrow

DD, are you missing your old car? FWIW, your car is the one the put the hook in me. SSTHO let me drive it shortly after he bought it and in that short time it so blew me away, I had to have one. Indirectly, thank you

May drive saturday morning instead. I figure if we go early enough the CHP will still be eating donuts. Plus, I have a Valentine One in the car!

Incredibly! Although I do enjoy the merc for its comforts and its very easy to slide/drift. Which I did not have the skill to do in the porsche that thing just has so much rear end grip, it just jumps forward when u hit the gas! Glad you got to enjoy the car before getting yours and congrats.

When I saw the GT3 on sunset my brother said "you remind me of my dog when he sees another dog", cause i got so excited.

I'm not much of a morning person, but I will be coming in from out-of-town Friday night, and may have some jet lag to get me up early...
