Hey ~ if interested take a look at my white 2010 GT3 in Fayetteville NY, with DEM, Self Dimming Mirrors, Standard Sport Seats, Heated Seats, Red Belts, Full Leather, Crests Headrests, Blue-Tooth, Sound Package Plus, NO Dash Wart, Cast Iron Rotors, Clear Bra, done right, everywhere it matters and then some. No over-revs of any kind. Two oil changes @ 1,100 miles and again @ 3,500 miles. Excellent condition, plenty of tire tread left, 4,000 miles. No daily driving, no rain, private garage kept.
I too gave up an early build for the later slot with DEM. DEM gives the best of both worlds and the lack thereof does affect the residuals.

Thanks.
Edit: I found it on autotrader. Thanks.

Get a gt3 with a CPO, that does have an impact on resale. and provide value if you need any work. Not true with DEM. 90% of gt3 drivers don't have the capability to know the difference. (Most of them are being challenged and passed by caymans!)

DEM provides a better connection of the drive-train regardless of skill level. Some may not buy a car without DEM evidenced by at two people in the thread alone. Many of the new cars left on AT or Cars.com do not have DEM.

What do you guys think my car would bring ?
2010 GT3...speed yellow, lift, DEM, bluetooth, sound package upgrage, PCM, Nav, regular sport seats, deviated stiching, seats backs yellow, wart, leather, porsche crest in headrest
Car has been autocrossed, with struts roatated, and some shims added to front for alignment..
3400 miles (dead rears MPSC.....35% left front....going to run the rears to cords before I buy new rears)

Near perfect build. Why no sport buckets? They were the same price right?
Should've got the sport buckets, take them out and then put the regular seats on.

Sport Buckets were an additional $3,000. I thought of adding them from Suncoast if I keep the car. There is a good market for the standard seats. For $6.5k I could have both and just keep the buckets if I sell the car later. I don't track my car so I am not really missing the buckets. I must say that the heated seats are nice therapy as well.
FTR, CPO can be added to my car through my dealer at an elective cost to a buyer.

The one thing I would be least concerned about my target car not having would be sport buckets. Seems like it would be really easy to add them.
911dev, your spec is great. I don't want leather though. I'm still going to consider it. I will be in Portland, ME for a week beginning on the 12th. I am going to look to see how far you are from there.

^ stop reading.
the only difference is price.
if you dont mind the extra $$$, the .2 is FAR FAR FAR superior than .1 in EVERY WAY.

for a track only car that's trailer'd everywhere, sure.
otherwise you will get tired of it.
oh, yes, you will.
i am about as insane as anyone and would drive a full on cup car to office with suit on if i had a plate for one. and when i tried some fullly monoballed cars on surface streets.... even i got fed up.
