Hi Pete was doing some googling and stumbled across this.

I am itching for an iPad friendly e-version of your mag, is it available? If not how far away?

Best

..May be a little bit off topic, but, I think it is a so great video :
Chris Harris passenger, driver is François Delecour, who was a great rally driver, ..and is a great person.
In French we say sometime "Two olives makes 1 quart of oil" ! I think it apply well in that case for C.H. during this drive !

Indeed a great video, great driver, great car ... even a great passenger of sorts!

To be clear, it's a 2010 GT3 3.8 RS which I guess was pre-release at the time, and Delecour was up for some (safe, in his hands) fun on public roads.

( I agree with him that the shift of the 997 GT3 cars is far from perfect ... : )

Francois has gone up in my standing, good on him and pity Porsche didn't take him up on the offer. Great video, funny and entertaining...

Had the pleasure of meeting and being a passenger along side CH at road Atlanta last year in a 996 cup car. This was his first time there and he was crushing the track. After just 5 laps with him I was able to shave 4 seconds off my best lap! Incredible driver. Super nice guy. If you ever have a chance to ride along side with him it's a must!

Maybe they did, in a manner of speaking... Romain Dumas driving a GT3R broke the overall record at Pike's Peak this weekend, going up the hill in 9:46.18. Unfortunately he promptly lost the record by .02 seconds to a Hyundai, but it was nice to see anyway. Looking forward to reading the story behind the effort I hope...
