Exactly.....the track is not about horsepower
If you look at the data Wes and I are close in the corners and I get my time back on the straight
I will try to post a video later of my past session (with no data )
I was following my friend Greg in a 996 class H race car. We were runnning 1:21's (he had my data in his car). I wouldcatch him in 1 and he woudl lose me through every corner
hNext time I do roebling I may bring Hoosiers....just to make sure I get a better time than Erik

I can post info for whomever is interested. The Greek and I are going. So is OneLove. Should be a good time.
There's already been some ****e talking about Porsches from these guys. All in good fun. We should get a RL contingent to attend.

The past few weekends I've ended up about 1.5-2 seconds off him. My 1:22 session I was also hanging behind Kevin in his GT3RS.1 for a few laps chasing. The quickest car of the weekend was a Jay in his 996 GT3 well setup on slicks, he was running 1:17-1:19 and 1:19-1:21 on NT01s Thing to remember about Roebling is there is only 1 straight, and you're entering it at over 90mph, so corner speed is a big battle. One I'm starting to figure out.
Randy and I both still have a bit more time to get but we're nibbling away at it each visit, then we'll both need to swap to R6s to gain a bit more.
There's the private event in August and PCA in September and October. I didn't realize how close together they were and signed up for all 3, will need a RRR break after that! I may also bring Hoosiers to really **** some people off, although I still have 2-3 days left on my NT01s and have had a few 4 wheel drift moments in it already. It's definitely time for a seat and harness in this car, going that quick with a lap belt is a bit scary, and my passengers feel like they're go karting they're sliding so much.

I'd be down in February as well as long as everyone else is going (plus I wouldn't mind doing the instructor school on Friday). May have to move my 30th B-day party/rage fest up to the previous week or just schedule a super track-mancation week.

Randy- I see an easy 1.5 seconds you could shave off by braking at the 3 marker instead of +5. I like your line thru T-5...there is much debate about the quickest way to take T-5 and if you are going to hook up with Zitza this fall, he'll fill you in for sure. He knows RRR like the back of his hand. I spent 30 minutes with him 3 years ago and in one session he got me to shave off 6 seconds...
I agree with the positive comments about RRR...the things you learn there will translate into better times elsewhere.
