funny that andreas says he used it to do the grocery shopping...and parked it outside the opera. can't do either of those round this way, without it turning into a major event....haha
shopping centre carparks - you just don't wanna go there. and the opera house? nobody is allowed to park within 1/2 mile at the closest.

In Germany, who wouldn't park the desirable Porsche outside the Opera? If its special enough you won't get a parking ticket, and as for the Supermarket, well the one I use in Munich has good ramps and wide parking bays and its perfect for low and special cars.

Put enough chutzpah into it and you could park infront of the Opera House - there are ways of pushing through on the West side (it helps to have a real soprano (note the small s) in the passenger seat).

PAG is big into Opera.

Awesome post, thanks for getting it out there! Last I heard was 123, slightly less cars for USA than GT2RS. Engine handbuilt by one man. Interesting.

It is interesting because different dealers are saying different numbers. I have heard a couple say the 125 and I have heard one say 300 is the US production. I hope it is the 125 number as that will really make it a rare car. The 300 is still rare but not the same for a car everyone is already calling a collectible.

LOL. He made the exact same statement on the 997.2 GT3 launch in May 2009.
