This weekend at the NASA event at TWS I put my '07 RS onto the scales just to satisfy my own curiosity. In case anyone else has wondered, my bone stock, sport seats, no roll bar 997.1 RS weighs 3,339 lbs with me in the car (145lbs) and 3/4 tank of gas (70lbs).

So that's 3,124 for the car less driver and fuel.

3480 total 223lb driver = 3257 with 5/8 fuel and super heavy general tires on OEM wheels (51lb front ea. and 61lb rear ea.) with roll bar, 6 point belts, fire ext. , trakmate and camera and all other OEM books tools etc.

BBS with Toyo's shave about 30lbs off the car..

i weighed my exige and im at 1997lbs no driver with 1 bar of gas.

My 2001 RGT weighed 3130 LBS with about 5 gallons of gas. Subtract about 30 LBS for the gas, and it is right at 3100 LBS. I was expecting it to weigh below 3000 LBS.

This is with the IRC, lightweight GT3 seats, 18" OZ Alleggerita wheels, and Pirelli Trofeo tires.

As for Nugget and himself, you guys make F1 drivers look fat.

Somebody sure took their time to corner balance your car! Is it best to do that without a driver or with?
