Tom - I don't need a 997.1 GT3 RS, but I've almost considered stepping up since your offer is so attractive!!
Stop dropping the price! Word's out and you'll find the buyer. Most buyers may be concerned over the "high" mileage of the car. HOWEVER, it may be high in comparison to the marketplace - that being said, a car with 12,000kms and 48,000kms is just as reliable IMHO. The issue about warranty running out will lead to slightly increased depreciation. But NOT by the amount you are discounting.
An educated buyer looking for long term value is really going to be the beneficiary of a GREAT DEAL! GLWS!!!

when people ask "does it have the sunroof option" or "is this faster then the turbo model?" i begin to wonder......
I confused many potential buyers that contacted me on my GT3 by asking if they had looked at the C4S ("Comes with same aero package ad you get RS hips!!") or Turbo and explaining that my car did not sound like the car for them.
When the right guys call it is a joy. I still met some of them that concidered the car on track days. Weirdly enough my GT3 went to Canada about 12 months ago for very close to your asking price, nearly same milage + shipping + import etc. etc.

More evidence that the car here on Rennlist is a good deal:

The car runs, drives and looks as good as any other RS on the road or on a ramp.
The next owner will have huge bang for the buck.
a RS that works perfect for $30k off CDN market is a BIG smile car.
I would love to be able to keep this car as my vacation driver down south!
